Noir Fleur

Another monochrome post by The Style Chair πŸ™‚
Incase you missed the last one! Check out my love for Houndstooth pattern in the last post.
Given a choice between a plethora of colours or just basic colours, my instinctive choice would be ‘the basics’.
Mixing prints is something I haven’t tried before so to give all of you something new! Stripes & polka dots the most popular & safe prints, were what I used for my look. Have a look at how I mixed two prints in a subtle way & I think it came out pretty well πŸ™‚
So if you are looking at something new to do- Try mixing prints (one bold & one subtle will definitely be a hit)
Makeup Tip– use a bright shade on the eyes or lips when styling monochrome or B&W! Since here the lips were bright with MAC’s Relentlessly red lipstick, kept the eye makeup simple with an extended eyeliner.
Adding to the vintage touch of the look was the black flower brooch, double pearl ring,
but The real stunner of the look were the Champagne drop earings from Maithali Kabre, that added that touch of class to the look! In fact even my mum was flaunting her Maithali Kabre earings ❀
To show off those stunners I had my hair up, That too with some accessorising at the back πŸ˜‰
Crop top- Forever 21
Midi Skirt- Busy Bee
Watch- Michael Kors
Flower Brooch- Ayesha Accessories
Box Sling bag- Cupidity
When travelling in Vienna at 5Β°C this is how I actually wore the outfit! With an overcoat & leather gloves :p

  1. You have an exceptional and fabulous sense of fashion. So classy and chic..Everything here looks just perfect. I especially love the classic black leather gloves which enhances the look. Sadly we don’t find many women here in india wearing these..

  2. You are welcome dear πŸ™‚
I love everything about winters and the whole winter look with coat, boots, scarves but my favorite winter accessory are definitely the gloves. That’s why loved them the most & commented on them. I wish I lived in colder countries like UK or USA to try this kinda fashion. I am craving for leather gloves like these here in Delhi, but couldn’t find a decent pair. Even if it gets cold, most women wear those knitted woolen ones. But these leather ones look ultra chic. I hope we see this kinda fashion in India soon.
Keep up the good work. Lots of love.
